External warehouse

Our premises are located in Sydney. We use secure and audited warehouse solutions.

Terms of service and liabilities

Actionorbit provides transport and warehousing services in accordance with general terms and conditions. Upon conclusion of the contract, the parties agree on prices, delivery terms and liability for damages.

Actionorbit is responsible for the transport of goods as per the contract. In case of damage, we comply with national and international regulations (e.g. CMR, Australian law) and notification periods must be agreed.

For warehousing, the responsibilities of the customer and Premium selection are defined in the contract. We recommend adequate insurance cover for valuable cargo.

In force majeure situations, the parties may be released from liability in accordance with the contract. Changes will be communicated in writing and contract terms updated on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy policy and processing of personal data

Actionorbit is responsible for the processing of personal data. We process data to fulfil the contract, comply with legal obligations and provide customer service. More information can be found in thePrivacy policy.

The data subject has the right to request access to data, correction and restriction of processing. Requests can be sent by email or in writing to the company.

Consumer protection and distance selling

If our customers are consumers, Australian and EU consumer protection legislation applies. In distance selling, we comply with the right of withdrawal and inform prices and service fees transparently before concluding the contract.

Complaint and claims procedure

Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email without delay after discovery of damage or defect. The notification must include the following information:

  • Customer name and contact details
  • Order or shipment number
  • Description of the problem and any photos

Complaints will be processed within 14 business days and we will offer a remedial action or compensation based on the situation.
